This FizzPopSPARK Pocket Guide is designed to help you discover how to turn your raw talents (and those of your team) into superpowered strengths. This is self-led learning, based on our current Bite-size ‘Turning your strengths into superpowers’. It'll give you an in-depth understanding of what makes you tick, how to supercharge your strengths and when to turn them up (and down).

A one-to-one coaching session with one of FizzPopBANG’s coaches. This is a chance for you to delve into any topic that matters to you as you navigate your career in culture. Our coaches will bring their wealth of experience to facilitate conversations that aim to uncover fresh perspectives and support actionable plans.
One session is included in the Trailblazer membership and extra sessions can be purchased at an additional fee.
