It’s hard for us all to deal with unknown territory and unpredictable circumstances, but it can be even harder when you feel responsible for others, or when they look to you for guidance when you feel lost yourself. This session draws upon lessons from brilliant explorers and adventurers in history on how to lead well in wild times. We explore how to harness the spirit of collaboration and draw on the wisdom of the crowd to navigate the wild unknown. We understand how to skilfully have vulnerable and honest conversations to help us feel supported and anchor ourselves to solid ground, when much around us may be uncertain.
