This session helps us to adopt a ‘beginner’s mind’ to see things afresh and find ways to adapt more permanently, to create a world of work that is a match for the evolving circumstances we find ourselves in. We explore how the social contract of work is changing and how we can be successful by choosing a mindset of brave curiosity and authentic confidence.
