In 10 weeks we connected with over 600 of Sweaty Betty's 800 staff worldwide. We did this via:

  • 1-2-1 interviews

  • Workshops

  • Surveys

We listened to their stories, passions and ambitions. From this we collected a wealth of data about what it really feels like to work for Sweaty Betty and were then able to shape reinvigorated set of values and behaviours that already have buy-in before they are even launched.


These values and behaviours will not only sustain their culture as they continue to grow and globalise, but also propel them towards their business goals.


We were also able to provide this support for their new charitable Sweaty Betty Foundation.


Off the back of the successful global launch of the new values, achieved by an Exec team strategic storytelling workshop, away day and teaser campaign, we worked with the business to roll out StrengthScope profiles for all HQ employees and Strengths workshops. This encouraged everyone to be their best self, to play to their strengths and build teams based on strengths and passions.


We have continued to roll out Strengths to employees in customer care and retail outlets using our online, on-demand SPARK product. Managers attended F2F workshops and then used the self-guided toolkit to run a session with their teams.
